Our MD’s end of year (2020) message to our brilliant tribe

In 2020, we dealt with a significant global challenge and we managed with hard work and dedication to weather the storm. I am proud of so many things but mostly, of our work family for their dedication, hard work, and willingness to always be a step ahead of the game; we proved to be resilient during these turbulent times. I’d like to recap this year with the wins that helped us grow.

I do not say this lightly, I have heard of so many agencies that have been downsizing or were forced to shut down. I am proud of our triumphs in a time like this.

We maintained our clients and have had new wins due to our result-oriented hard work as well as proving to our clients that our work is a value-added asset to their brand’s success.We were announced winners for the MENA SEARCH Awards; it was so refreshing to see that our efforts were recognized for an award.

We hope to submit several new campaigns in 2021..We set up a new initiative for staff development and career growth. The launch of the fund for education purposes was a great success.Some members took advantage of this grant. We are hoping more staff members get involved in this initiative.We launched a vodcast, The DiGi Files.

This will help support us in establishing our authority and showcasing our talented staff.

We are proud of our growing family. In 2020, we hired 1 additional member to join our Dubai, UAE Office, and in Egypt and are in process of hiring a second member of our Dubai team. We hope to continue to grow into 2021 and bring in the best talents of our industry.

In the spirit of hope & with the onset of several COVID-19 vaccines being administered, we are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I would like you all to know that your dedication to Sandstorm is what makes us successful.
