Role Overview

As an SEO and AI Specialist at Sandstorm Digital, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategies that integrate AI-driven tools and techniques. You’ll work closely with our content, technical, and creative teams to ensure our strategies are data-driven and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Create and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to clients’ needs, focusing on both on-page and off-page optimization.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to automate and enhance SEO processes, including content optimization, keyword research, and performance analysis.
  • Manage GenAI client consultations, including gathering client requirements and translating them into custom generative AI prompt models that successfully serve specific client needs.
  • Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize existing content for better search engine rankings.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using AI-driven analytics tools, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Technical SEO: Work with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented, including site architecture, URL structure, and page speed optimization.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to ensure all content is optimized for search engines and AI-enhanced for maximum relevance and engagement.
  • Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends in SEO and AI, ensuring our strategies are always at the forefront of industry developments.

 

Qualifications

  • Advanced Generative AI Understanding: This position requires advanced understanding of all aspects of enterprise ecommerce SEO, familiarity with generative AI, and the ability to leverage technology and processes to drive operational efficiency and value. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree: In Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO with a strong focus on AI integration.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz), AI-driven SEO platforms, and data analysis.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in digital marketing, particularly in SEO.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across various digital platforms like    Amazon, Google, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, and more.
  • Conduct PPC audits to ensure our strategies align with industry best practices.
  • Perform daily account management of pay-per-click accounts on Google AdWords, Bing, and other search platforms.
  • Monitor and adjust bids to gain better ROl.
  • Run PPC tests and analyze & report on results.
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and changes in PPC strategies.
  • Work closely with our clients marketing team to achieve integrated marketing objectives.
  • Understand and analyze competitor advertising links and strategies.
  • Develop forecasts and budgets for PPC activities.
  • Provide creative ideas for advert wording and visuals.
  • Implement strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Generate monthly reporting for all key metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other KPIs.
  • Control and optimize the landing pages and the copies for all PPC campaigns.
  • Build and manage large keyword lists.

Qualifications

  • 4+  years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus. 
  • Knowledge/Experience of Arabian Gulf spending habits. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • In-depth experience with bid management tools.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
  • Familiar with multiple platforms (e.g.. AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends, etc.).
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Google AdWords certification is a plus.
  • Experience with eCommerce or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is a plus.
